Nico Nico Douga – supercell

supercell is a Nico Nico group which was later signed by SONY Music as a professional music production group.

The group consists of 11 persons and recently added singer, Nagi (formerly named as gazelle).

Nico Nico Douga – 王族Band!

In previous blog entries, I mentioned of this band, which consists of  ティッシュ姫, 海賊王  and インテル王子. They are Nico Nico Douga turned famous instrumentalists.

Speaking of which, the band does not have a vocalist therefore they write songs and left the job to either Vocaloid or Nico Nico Douga’s singer.

Vocaloid is a program which you input your vocal notes, music notes and lyrics and it will auto sing to it, supercell uses it before they hire nagi for vocal.

Previously I blogged about the singers of Nico Nico Douga, the “Nico Nico Chorus”.

So this post is about the instrument players of the Nico Nico Circle.

There are many excellent instrument players in Nico Nico Douga and most of them does collaborations and rearranges  songs.

Nico Nico Douga – Singers

Most of you should know, but if you don’t. Nico Nico Douga is actually a youtube-like video sharing website in Japan.

There are talented artists who were discovered through video uploading and stuff but what I’m more impressed is, Nico Nico Douga’s users started a Nico Nico Circle where the online singers and instrument players come together to create, rearrange songs, musics, art pieces and  stuff.

I’ll list a few singers who I really fell in love with.

Not only I’m reading the manga, I’m downloading the anime too and I only download the largest and highest quality which ranged 1GB per episode.

It’s nonsensical and I’m playing back my fuckin’ acoustic.

K-ON!

Well, it’s been ages since I’m into anime or manga. But on a chance, I came across this manga named K-ON! 桜高軽音部. Well, I thought it would be some kind of cheesy manga but I was wrong. It’s based on a band, a pretty light and funny comedy of 4 high school girls struggling to make their band work out.

It include a bassist, a guitarist, a drummer and a keyboardist to start with which later another rhythm guitarist joins in.

I just love band stuff.
